Kompol Edison, the chief of Cileungsi Police Sector, successfully captured a perpetrator of illegal 3 kg LPG refilling in the Cileungsi area of Bogor. The arrest was made after Edison went undercover as a courier for four days to monitor the perpetrator’s activities.

Date and Location: The apprehension took place on Friday (4/4) after Edison, surveilling the suspected syndicate’s movements, followed a pickup truck to a location believed to be the refilling warehouse in Kirab Garuda area.

Interception: Edison, along with his team, intercepted the truck near the Cileungsi flyover when the evidence was substantial.

Capture: Upon inspection, two perpetrators were found in the truck, with one managing to escape.
Confiscation and Confession

Seized Evidence: The police found 12 kg gas cylinders, which the perpetrators admitted were refilled from subsidized 3 kg LPG.
